We agree the stages with you before anything is built, then work on a development site. You see each stage before your staff and clients do, and you can stop after any stage and still be better off.
Tests before changes
We write tests around the behaviour you already have, so when we change something we can show you the rest still works.
Anyone can pick it up
The point of modernising is that your own team, or your next developer, is not frightened of it. Ordinary code in your own repository, handed over with documentation your team can use. You own the code and the accounts.
